Mums & Bubs Yoga and Pilates
Fun and interactive classes where you can stretch, strengthen, relax and connect with your baby. Come along and meet other mums in a similar situation and stay for a cup of tea and a chat after class. Mums and Bubs classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks old up until they start walking.

Restorative Yoga & Reiki
Join Jess (Reiki Mumma) and Kristy for an evening of absolute bliss. Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healing go so well together. They are all incredibly beautiful and nourishing treatments for your body and soul. This 90 minute Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing class is designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and balanced -emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Mums, Bubs and Tots outdoor Yoga and Pilates
Join us in the park to nourish you body and mind with your little one/s in tow. Classes are suitable for Mums to attend with their babies and toddlers from 6 weeks post birth. Classes are a mix of both yoga and pilates, giving you the perfect combinations to stretch, strengthen and relax.
