Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates
Pregnancy yoga and pilates can help you feel great and stay calm as you navigate your way through the many ups and downs of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Time:
Tuesday - Pilates 9:30am
Thursday - Yoga 9:30am and 6:00pm

Mums & Bubs Yoga, Pilates and Barre
Fun and interactive classes where you can stretch, strengthen, relax and connect with your baby and other mums,
Stay for a cup of tea and a chat after class.
Mums and Bubs classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks old up until they start walking.

Join us for an evening of absolute bliss.
Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healing go so well together. They are all incredibly beautiful and nourishing treatments for your body and soul.
This 75 minute Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing class is designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and balanced -emotionally, physically and spiritually.
