Mums & Bubs Yoga and Pilates
Fun and interactive classes where you can stretch, strengthen, relax and connect with your baby and other mums, Stay for a cup of tea and a chat after class. Mums and Bubs classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks old up until they start walking.

Restorative Yoga with Crystal Sound Bowls
Join us for an evening of absolute bliss. Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healing go so well together. They are all incredibly beautiful and nourishing treatments for your body and soul. This 75 minute Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing class is designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and balanced -emotionally, physically and spiritually.
