Mums & Bubs Yoga, Pilates and Barre

Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed to support you as you move gently back into exercise, reconnect with your body and share special times with your baby. Whether you’re easing into mindful movement through our Yoga classes, rebuilding strength and stability with Pilates, or finding your flow and energy in Barre, each class offers a safe, supportive and welcoming space for you and your little one. Join our beautiful community of mums, move at your own pace and enjoy this precious stage with confidence and care.

Many of the poses can be done while holding and/or feeding your baby or while  your bub lays on a play mat beside you. They are a great way to meet and connect with other mums in your local area and move your body and help to get those endorphins pumping.  Classes are suitable for babies from 6 – 8 weeks old up until they start walking. Our beautiful studio is large and clean ,with plenty of spare to bring your pram in too.

Each class runs for 50 minutes, and is finished off with a healthy sweet treat, organic postnatal tea and time for chats.

Babies are free to be babies here — to cry, giggle, feed, or have a nappy change — all within the relaxed, supportive environment of our studio. Our classes are a safe, nurturing space for mums and their little ones to show up just as they are, without expectation or pressure.  Are classes are suitable to complete beginners.  No previous experience in yoga, pilates or barre is required.

 

Mums & Bubs Yoga

Stretch and strengthen your body and calm your mind. Through mindful movement, gentle stretching, breath work and playful flows we support your body and mind as you journey through motherhood.  Our yoga classes are a great way to learn breathing techniques to help battle the overwhelm and anxiety that many new mothers experience.

*NEW CLASS* – we have just added a new Mums and Bubs Yoga class on Mondays at 12:15pm – this class is specifically tailored to those early postpartum weeks and is limited to non-mobile babies only (from 6 weeks old – until they start crawling).

Mums and Bubs Pilates

Join us for a purpose-designed Pilates class that supports your post-birth fitness, wellbeing and connection with your baby. Our Mums & Bubs Pilates class focuses on core and pelvic-floor recovery, safe strength and stability, and mindful movement — tailored for the postpartum body. With your baby by your side, you’ll rebuild physical strength, restore posture and feel amazing.

Mums & Bubs Barre

Gently rebuild strength, balance and flow in our uplifting Mums & Bubs Barre class — a fun, low-impact workout designed for new mums with their babies by their side or in a carrier. Combining ballet-inspired movement, Pilates principles, gentle cardio and mobility, this class helps rebuild core stability, improve posture and tone the whole body safely after birth. This class is mostly standing, so it is ideal for babies who like to be held in a carrier.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Classes are suitable to attend 6 weeks postpartum after a natural birth and 8 weeks after caesarean with approval from a doctor/midwife.  Bookings are essential. Please choose wisely as classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Make up classes – One make up class is offered per term which can be redeemed in one of our other Mums and Bubs classes (within the same term dates).  8 hours notice is required to be eligible for a make up class.
