Mums and Bubs Yoga and Pilates classes are a fun and safe way to move your body and stretch out all of those tight achy muscles that are common amongst most mothers. Classes have a large focus on safe movement as you are guided to gently reconnect with your core and pelvic floor muscles after birth. Many of the poses can be done while holding and/or feeding your baby or while baby lays on your yoga mat. They are a great way to meet and connect with other mums in your local area and move your body and help to get those endorphins pumping. Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks old to roughly 12mths old (just before they start walking).
Each class is finished off with a healthy sweet treat and organic postnatal tea.
Classes include breathing exercises to calm your mind and help ease the overwhelm that many mothers experience. Stretches to relieve tight muscles, and strengthening exercises to help you gently regain your strength after birth.
