What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is a very restful, meditative style of yoga. Poses are held for longer than in a standard yoga class and your body is fully supported by props throughout the pose. This allows you to deeply relax and settle in while passively opening specific parts of your body. Guided meditations and breath awareness help you to drift off, switch off the thinking mind and surrender into the moment. It is a beautiful way to restore and nurture your body and mind while balancing out your nervous system. It is also great style of yoga for improving sleep and relieving muscle tension.
Restorative Yoga is immensely beneficial for your nervous system and it has and wonderful calming effect on your both your body and mind.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Throughout a reiki session a Reiki practitioner uses their hands to deliver energy or (chi) to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy system.

These days our lives are pretty constant, wouldn’t you agree? There is so much stimuli around and are poor nervous systems are constantly being challenged. If we don’t take the time for selfcare not only do we run the risk of burning out, but we limit ourselves to feeling less then great, most of the time. It’s like we are in a constant state of “just getting by”. Imagine how much better you could you feel if you made the time for some selfcare REGUALARLY!!
