Your child will be participating in a Mat Pilates class on Wednesdays from 2:00pm - 2:45pm
A Mat Pilates class is a form of exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Conducted on a mat, participants perform a series of controlled movements and exercises designed to engage the muscles, improve posture, and enhance body awareness. Light hand weights, resistance bands and small pilates balls may be used during the classes.
