Pregnancy is one of life’s most beautiful transformations — and at Shine Yoga Studio, we’re here to support you through every stage.
Our Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to help you stay strong, comfortable and calm as your body changes, while preparing you for birth and beyond.
Whether you’re new to movement or already active, these classes provide a nurturing, empowering way to connect with your body, your baby and a like-minded community of mums-to-be. No previous yoga or pilates experiece in required. We provide pregnancy specific classes.

🌿 Pregnancy Pilates
- A gentle, pregnancy-safe strength class designed to support your core, pelvic floor, and glutes—helping you move with less pain, better stability, and more confidence as your body changes.
- Ideal for reducing back, hip, and pelvic discomfort, while preparing your body for labour and recovery.
- No Pilates experience needed. This is not a typical Pilates class
All of our classes are suitable from around 10 weeks gestation up until birth — with modifications offered for every trimester.



CLASS PRICES
Classes run in terms to give you consistency and the best results. Casual passes and multi-class packs are available. If your due date doesn’t line up with a term, we’ll adjust your pass accordingly — just let us know!

Terms and Conditions
Please choose wisely as classes are non refundable and non transferable. Missed classes – if you are unable to make it to a class, you may be eligible for a make up class. 8 hours notice prior to the start of class is required to be eligible for a make up class. Make up classes are to be used within the same term dates and can not be transferred over to the next term. Only one make up class is available per term and is subject to availability. Classes are suitable to attend from 10 weeks gestation up until birth. 5 class passes are valid for 10 weeks from the first pass used.
