Restorative Yoga is a very restful, meditative style of yoga. Poses are held for longer than in a standard yoga class and your body will be fully supported by props throughout the pose. This allows you to deeply relax and settle into. Guided meditations and breath awareness help you to drift off, switch off the thinking mind and surrender into the moment. It is a beautiful way to restore and nurture your body and mind while balancing out your nervous system. Restorative Yoga is also great for improving sleep and relieving muscle tension.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch, as a reiki practitioner uses their hands to deliver energy or (chi) to your body improving the flow and balance of your energy system
Sound Healing uses different musical instruments, commonly crystal quartz singing bowls tuned at different frequencies to assist in healing different parts of the mind and body.
