Pregnancy and the lead-up to birth can be a challenging time for many mothers. While there is much excitement, it is also common to experience overwhelm, self-doubt, and worry. Our pregnancy yoga classes provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mums in similar situations. The classes are gentle and suitable for complete beginners, starting from 12 weeks of gestation all the way through to birth. Each session includes birth and/or motherhood education, nourishing yoga moves, and concludes with delicious organic pregnancy tea and conversation with the other mothers in the group.

Join us on Tuesdays at 11am for a fun and energizing Pilates workout with your little one by your side. This class is perfect for babies from 6 weeks old up to when they start walking.

Come along for a safe and enjoyable way to move your body, regain strength, stretch out tired muscles, and boost those endorphins!

No prior experience is necessary. Plus, we wrap up each class with tea, chats, and delicious chocolate bliss balls, making it a wonderful opportunity to meet new mum friends.
